Overview

Today Clinical Hypnotherapy has moved on with times and is a natural way to help the body and mind heal itself. There are no medicines or drugs and only utilizes the power of the unconscious mind to make the changes that you require.

Hypnosis is a major part of our work as it the most effective way of accessing that part of the mind that is in control of all of our thoughts and memories. All our emotional fears and phobias are all stored away in the unconscious mind.

Two types of therapy
  • Suggestion Therapy
  • This is good for simpler problems such as smoking, exams stress and weight management.

    Normally requires one to three sessions, between each session you will be given a self hypnosis audio recording to reinforce desired behaviour.

  • Analytical Therapy
  • Used to discover the root cause of the psychological problem. It works best with emotional issues and is designed to bring the client of point of enlightenment and understanding of their problem. It follows the mantra of "Cause and Effect", where the current issue is caused by an a past events.

    The number of sessions that are required is based on the client's needs, however normally 6 to 10 are recommended.
