Quit smoking the easy way

There are many ways to quit smoking, cold turkey, nicotine replacement therapy(patches, gum and inhalers). Allen Carr, acupuncture and of course hypnotherapy.

A study in the United States a few years back discovered that hypnosis was the most successful method currently available.

Its not just about quitting, it's about support and putting a plan into action, so you can get over that line and stop smoking for life.

The session itself:

It is important that each session is tailored towards your needs and what will motivate you to quit. So, right from the start we gather vital information that will help you remain a non smoker in all situation, be it a habit( in the car or breaks at work), stress relief or maybe social occasions.

You will be given vital information to help you stay smoke-free and keep away from the pitfalls that can arise.

Results you can expect:

Most people stop after the first session and that is all they need. In the unlikely event of you finding yourself still smoking in certain circumstances, another session will be arranged to address those conditions and reinforce the good work that was done in session one

Delighted to say that I gave up smoking during January of 2007. Never even think of smoking these days but can smell a cigarette a mile off - that is probably because of my sense of smell returning. Nice new website Ian. - (David, Dublin, July 2009)
My daughter declared me huggable now because I don't stink any more. Thanks. - (Gordan, Dublin, June 2009)
I read Allen Carr once, but it didn't work. I have no idea why, I had two session with Ian, I am free 6 months now. I owe you. - (James, Dublin, May 2009)
